Last updated: April 24, 2026
Overview
SSIPTV respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. SSIPTV is a streaming service — we do not host, create, or own the live channels, movies, or series delivered through our subscription. All content remains the property of its respective rights holders.
Submitting a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe content available through the SSIPTV service infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent by email. Your notice must include all of the following:
- Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner (or a person authorized to act on their behalf).
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- Identification of the material you claim is infringing (channel name, program title, timestamp, and the specific URL on ssiptv.org or within our service if applicable).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
Designated Agent
Send your DMCA notice by email to help@catchontv1.email with the subject line "DMCA Takedown Notice". We respond to all valid notices within 24 hours and take appropriate action (removing or disabling access to the reported content) within 72 hours of verification.
Counter-Notice
If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice containing:
- Your full name, address, phone number, and email.
- Identification of the removed material and the URL where it previously appeared.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in the district in which your address is located (or, if outside the U.S., any district in which SSIPTV may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Repeat Infringers
SSIPTV terminates the accounts of subscribers and account holders who are repeat copyright infringers in appropriate circumstances.
False Claims
Please note that any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing or was removed in error may be subject to liability for damages under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
