1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ssiptv.org (the "Website") or purchasing an SSIPTV subscription (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Website or Service.

2. Description of Service

SSIPTV is a premium IPTV subscription providing access to live TV channels and video-on-demand content. The subscription is delivered via our official Android app (for Firestick, Android TV, and Android phones/tablets) and via the third-party Simple Smart IPTV player on Samsung Tizen and LG WebOS smart TVs. SSIPTV is a streaming service — not a broadcaster — and does not host or own the content it delivers.

3. Account & Activation

When you purchase, you receive a prepay code by email. You are responsible for keeping your code, account credentials, and email address secure. Sharing your credentials with others may result in immediate termination without refund.

4. Connection Limits

Each plan includes a fixed number of concurrent connections (1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 devices streaming at the same time). Attempting to exceed your connection limit, using VPNs to bypass session limits, or reselling your credentials is a violation of these terms.

5. Acceptable Use

• You may use SSIPTV only for personal, private, non-commercial viewing.
• You may not record, rebroadcast, or redistribute any SSIPTV content.
• You may not use SSIPTV in any commercial setting (bars, restaurants, hotels, offices) without a separate commercial license.
• You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, tamper with, or probe the Service infrastructure.

6. Third-Party Apps

Samsung and LG smart TV users install the third-party Simple Smart IPTV player from their TV's app store and paste the M3U URL we provide. SSIPTV does not own, develop, or control Simple Smart IPTV. Any issue with the third-party app itself is handled by that app's publisher; we will help you troubleshoot and can suggest alternatives (such as attaching an Amazon Fire TV Stick and using our native Android app) when possible.

7. Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Plans are billed as a one-time charge for the duration you select. Subscriptions do not auto-renew unless explicitly noted at checkout. Payment is processed by our authorized payment providers (Stripe, Shopify, Mollie, G2A, Whop).

9. Service Availability

We target 99%+ uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Brief maintenance windows and occasional content-provider outages can cause temporary disruptions. Persistent outages longer than 48 hours are covered by the Refund Policy.

10. Intellectual Property

The SSIPTV brand, logo, website copy, and original graphics are the property of SSIPTV. Channel logos and artwork remain the property of their respective rights holders.

11. DMCA & Copyright

Report alleged copyright infringement via our DMCA page. We respond to all valid notices.

12. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is covered by the Privacy Policy.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SSIPTV is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts competent for the state of the Service's registered operator.
