SSIPTV ("we", "us", "our") operates ssiptv.org and provides premium IPTV subscriptions to customers in the United States and internationally. You can reach our privacy team at help@catchontv1.email.

2. Information We Collect

• Account information — name, email address, phone number, and billing country you provide at checkout or when requesting a free trial.
• Transaction information — plan selected, payment amount, and status. We do not store full credit card numbers; payment details are handled by our PCI-compliant payment processors (Stripe, Shopify, Mollie, G2A, Whop).
• Support messages — anything you send through the contact form, email, or chat widget.
• Usage data — basic website analytics (page views, referrer, device type, approximate location from IP) collected to improve the site.
• Cookies — session cookies for cart persistence and anti-abuse. No cross-site tracking cookies.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To deliver the SSIPTV subscription and send your prepay code.
• To respond to support requests and process refunds.
• To send transactional emails (order confirmation, payment receipt, renewal reminders).
• To fight fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms of Service.
• To comply with legal obligations.

4. Legal Basis (GDPR)

If you're in the EEA or UK, we process your data under the following legal bases: (a) performance of a contract (to deliver your subscription), (b) legitimate interest (to prevent fraud and improve the service), and (c) consent (for marketing emails, which you can opt out of at any time).

5. How We Share Your Information

We share data only with:

• Payment processors (Stripe, Shopify, Mollie, G2A, Whop) — to process your payment.
• Email infrastructure — transactional email providers that deliver your order and receipt.
• Hosting and database providers — Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database).
• Law enforcement — if legally required (valid warrant, subpoena, or court order).

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

6. Data Retention

We keep account and billing data for as long as you are a customer and for up to 24 months after your last order, to handle refunds, disputes, and warranty claims. Support tickets are retained for 24 months. You can request deletion at any time (see Your Rights below).

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate data.
• Delete your data (the "right to be forgotten").
• Export your data in a machine-readable format (data portability).
• Object to processing or restrict how we use it.
• Opt out of marketing emails (every marketing email contains an unsubscribe link).
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

8. CCPA (California Residents)

California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, to have it deleted, and to opt out of its sale. We do not sell personal information. To exercise your rights, email help@catchontv1.email.

9. Security

We use HTTPS, encrypted storage for sensitive data, role-based access controls on our admin systems, and regular security reviews. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps.

10. Children

SSIPTV is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has submitted data, email us and we will delete it immediately.

Material changes will be posted here with an updated "Last updated" date. For significant changes, we'll notify you by email.
